ST MATTHEW’S PRESCHOOL 2012-13
Registration for 2012-13 Preschool year begins Dec. 1, 2011.

St. Matthew's Church and Preschool welcome your interest in our program. St. Matthew's Preschool, an outreach program, is a developmentally-based, early childhood program designed to meet the social, emotional, spiritual, cognitive, and physical needs of preschoolers within a safe and structured Christian setting. The preschool accepts children of the church and community, ages 15 months-5 years.

St. Matthew’s 1 and 2 year old program (MMO) is unique in that our mothers are required to participate as aides in the classroom. Each class has a staff teacher as well as a mother in attendance. This allows us to keep our costs and, as a result, our tuition at a minimum.

What St. Matthew's Preschool Offers

• PLAY: Guided indoor and outdoor participation in a variety of creative activities
• ART: Creative opportunities to develop fine motor and readiness skills
• MUSIC & MOVEMENT: Songs and activities under the direction of a music resource teacher
• CHAPEL: Weekly opportunity to learn about God's world
• STORIES: Children's literature and Biblical selections
• PLAYGROUND: Supervised outside activities to develop motor skills
• READINESS ACTIVITIES: Early childhood curriculum

Classes

Pre-Kindergarten Classes: 4 year olds and young 5's

• 4 days: Monday - Thursday
• 3 days: Tuesday - Thursday

Preschool Classses: 3 year olds

• 3 days: Tuesday - Thursday
• 2 days: Tuesday and Thursday

Preschool/MMO 2 Classes: 2 year olds

• 2 days: Monday and Wednesday, Tuesday and Thursday
• 1 day: Mondday or Wednesday

Preschool/MMO 1 Class: 16-23 months

• 1 day: Wednesday

All 3's, 4's, and 5's must be toilet trained.

Preschool Tuition and Fees

Preschool Fees
Application Fee (non-refundable): $50 (only one fee per family)
Registration Fee (due April 15, 2012): $100 per student

1 day 1 year olds = $360
1 day 2 year olds = $360
2 day 2 year olds = $700
2 day 3 year olds =$1,170 ($130 monthly)
3 day 3 year olds =$1,530 ($170 monthly)
3 day 4 year olds =$1,530 ($170 monthly)
4 day 4 year olds =$1,740 ($194 monthly)

Note: tuition fees include all activity fees for special programs and visitors

*Parents participate as aides in these classes.

**$20.00 discount per student if ALL contract & medical forms are received by April 15, 2012
